Most insurance plans are accepted in our office. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required for any scheduled new patient appointments. Your insurance company will be billed for our time without any notice of cancellation. Thank you.
